Now, whilst the taste and feelings of the Festive Season still lingers, before everyday life hit us again, I would like to share some simple changes of vocabulary that makes a BIG difference to your stress levels.
In our daily lives, we walk around talking about all the stuff we need to do, the stuff we have to accomplish, things we absolutely must finish, and all the stuff we should have done but have not taken the time to do yet. It is true. Life happens and things will have to be done; there are kids to pick up from school, there are meetings to attend, there are dinners that will be made, there is that new healthy regime you have to start.
